Before Another Growth Investment

Where is the business losing momentum?

Revenue can slip away between otherwise capable teams, channels and systems. We look beyond ad performance to understand the commercial journey as a whole.

01

Interest without a response

Qualified prospects wait too long, receive incomplete answers or never reach the right person.

02

Conversations without bookings

Strong interest fails to translate into confirmed consultations because the next step is unclear.

03

Consultations without conversion

Operational handoffs, communication gaps or unsuitable demand weaken treatment acceptance.

04

Patients without a return path

Rebooking and appropriate follow-through are left to chance rather than supported consistently.

A Conversation With Commercial Purpose

Thirty minutes. Better questions.

This is an introductory review, not a promise of an instant diagnosis or a pre-built marketing package.

Our aim is to establish the context, surface the most important questions and decide whether a deeper investigation could create value.

Explore our operating method
01

Understand your growth objective

Talk through the clinic's service mix, target patient, existing demand, commercial goals and ability to serve additional patients.

02

Identify the likely friction points

Explore where inquiry handling, booking, consultations, communication or patient retention may warrant closer measurement.

03

Determine a responsible next step

If there is mutual fit, agree what a focused audit would need to examine before any investment or implementation decision.

What We Look Beyond

Growth is more than a lead count.

The right priority depends on the numbers behind your patient journey, not assumptions about what every med spa needs.

01

Acquisition: Where are qualified inquiries coming from, and what does each channel really cost?

02

Conversion: How many inquiries become booked and attended consultations?

03

Patient value: What share of suitable consultations becomes collected treatment revenue?

04

Retention: Which patients return, and where is appropriate follow-through missing?

05

Economics: After treatment costs, marketing spend and operational effort, which changes would contribute real value?

How the Partnership Begins

Diagnosis first. Commitment second.

Every engagement begins with understanding the business before recommending a plan or a retainer.

01

Strategy Review

A 30-minute conversation about current growth, commercial bottlenecks and the clinic's priorities.

02

Complimentary 3-Day Audit

For mutually suitable clinics, a focused audit may follow, with a defined scope, relevant permissions and agreed information access.

03

Findings & Direction

Review the evidence, prioritize opportunities and consider a tailored partnership only where there is a credible business case.

The introductory call does not guarantee an audit, a specific financial outcome or an engagement offer. Any later access to systems or sensitive information is separately agreed and subject to applicable legal and security requirements.

Who This Is For

Built for established med spas ready to look deeper.

This conversation is best suited to owners and decision-makers who already have an operating business and want to improve how existing and new demand turns into sustainable growth.

Established patient demand or a meaningful acquisition budget Willingness to review commercial numbers and operational gaps Capacity and team commitment to implement what the evidence supports

Prepare Lightly

Bring a few numbers. Not a perfect dashboard.

Estimates are fine for an introductory conversation. We can decide later which records, if any, warrant formal review.

01 / Demand

Recent inquiry volume

Approximate inquiries over the last 30 days, major sources and any known response delays.

02 / Conversion

Consultations and treatments

Approximate booked consultations, attendance and treatment acceptance—if tracked.

03 / Economics

Value, spend and capacity

Typical treatment value, current marketing spend and how much additional patient demand the clinic can serve.

Privacy matters: Please do not include patient names, medical records, identifiable patient data or private call recordings in the Google Calendar booking form. Any deeper audit involving sensitive information requires an agreed scope and appropriate permissions and safeguards.

Before We Speak

A few useful clarifications.

Is this a sales presentation?

It is an introductory strategy conversation. We want to understand the clinic's numbers, operating context and growth constraints first. If a deeper audit or paid partnership is appropriate, we will explain that separately.

Will I receive a complete audit during the call?

No. A useful audit requires supporting information and time to review the actual process. A complimentary three-day audit may be offered after the introductory call if there is a strong mutual fit and an agreed scope.

Do I need to provide CRM access or patient records before booking?

No. Initial discussion can use approximate aggregate business metrics. Please do not submit protected or identifiable patient information through the booking form. Any later system access is handled separately.

What types of med spas are the best fit?

Established clinics and growing medical aesthetics groups with meaningful patient demand, an appetite for operational improvements and a decision-maker involved in the conversation. Fit depends on economics and readiness, not only size.

Does Mirèl guarantee a specific revenue increase?

No. Responsible growth decisions begin with a baseline, realistic assumptions and a testable plan. Outcomes depend on the clinic, implementation, market conditions and factors outside any partner's control.

Your Next Stage Starts With Clarity

Before you invest in more growth, find the constraint.

A stronger business case begins with the right questions. Let's examine whether the greatest opportunity lies in acquisition, conversion, follow-up or the moments between them.
