Mirèl Partners / Results & Concepts

Beautiful work earns attention. Growth must earn its numbers.

Explore selected med spa creative concepts and the standard we bring to evaluating commercial growth: the patient decisions behind bookings, revenue and return visits.

The creative studies below are illustrative. They are not client engagements or verified performance results.

A premium impression matters. What happens after it matters more.

Our commercial focus goes beyond clicks and visual appeal: qualified inquiries, booked consultations, appropriate treatment decisions, return visits and the economics behind them.

What We Measure

A higher standard of accountability.

An established med spa should be able to distinguish marketing activity from commercial improvement. These are the indicators we would establish and review with the clinic, subject to accessible, reliable data.

Inquiry quality

Which channels generate relevant inquiries? How quickly does the team respond, and how many become meaningful conversations?

Booking conversion

How many qualified inquiries become scheduled and attended consultations? Where is momentum lost?

Patient value

How often do appropriate consultations become paid treatments? What revenue is actually collected?

Retention & contribution

What brings patients back, and how much incremental contribution remains after the costs of growth?

Measurement framework, not a claim of historical Mirèl client performance. Data availability and attribution methods vary by clinic.

Selected Concept Studies

The Economics Behind Growth

More revenue is useful. More profitable revenue is the point.

A campaign can increase sales while leaving little additional profit. That is why an evaluation needs to consider what was genuinely added, what it cost to deliver and what remained with the clinic.

Explore Our Measurement Method

The Commercial Contribution Lens

Incremental collected revenueCompared with an agreed baseline
Incremental treatment delivery costsProvider, supplies and other variable costs
Additional acquisition & system costsMedia, software and other incremental spend
Mirèl's agreed service feeThe cost of the growth partnership
Net incremental contributionWhat remains with the clinic

A decision framework, not a forecast or promised return. Genuine attribution requires careful consideration of seasonality, capacity, existing demand and other factors.

Our Evidence Standard

Before calling it a result, we want to see the evidence.

A credible performance story must show the starting position, the intervention and the commercial outcome — including uncertainty and the costs involved.

Establish the baseline

Define the date range, data sources, current conversion rates, service mix, patient capacity and pre-existing trends.

Document what changed

Record the campaigns, booking workflows, CRM processes and operational adjustments actually implemented.

Validate the outcome

Compare like-for-like periods, review collected revenue and costs, acknowledge other influences and seek approval before publishing any identifiable case study.

Industry Context / Independent of Mirèl

The opportunity is real. The outcome must be earned.

In its 2025 North American benchmark report, Zenoti reported that the typical med spa location booked 11% of appointments online, while top earners reached 31%. It also reported that 97% of surveyed med spa clients wanted mobile booking. These findings help illustrate why patient access and booking friction deserve scrutiny.

Read the Zenoti benchmark and survey context.

Third-party industry research, not Mirèl client data, a forecast or evidence that the same improvements will occur at any individual clinic. Benchmark groups and survey populations may differ.

Proof Before Promises

A case study should be earned, not styled.

What you see here: Mirèl's conceptual visual work and the measurement standards proposed for real engagements.

What you will not see: Fictional clients, fabricated testimonials, invented revenue lifts or industry statistics presented as our own results.

When client evidence can be documented responsibly and publication is authorized, it belongs in a clearly identified, independently reviewable case study.
